For Male Candidates

For Female Candidates

🏃 Physical Endurance Test

Male

  • Race: 1600 meters in 6 min 30 sec
  • Pushups: 20

Female

  • Race: 1000 meters in 6 min 30 sec
  • Shot Put: 4 Kg – 14 feet (3 attempts)
