JKSSB Constable Recruitment 2025 last date extended to February 27 2026 official notice for J&K Police Executive posts

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has officially announced an extension for the submission of online applications for the Divisional Cadre posts of Constable (Executive). This decision follows numerous representations from candidates seeking more time to finalize their applications.

According to the official notice (No. JKSSB-PLAN/17/2025-06), the timeline has been updated as follows:

Original Last Date: February 17, 2026
Revised Last Date: February 27, 2026

Important Clarification on Post Categories

It is important for candidates to distinguish between the various active notifications to avoid confusion:

  • Constable (Executive): Extended to Feb 27, 2026 (Notification 12).
  • Constable (Armed/SDRF/Telecom): Deadline is March 02, 2026 (Notifications 14 & 15).
  • Other Departmental Posts: Deadline is February 25, 2026 (Notification 13).
